What the app does

NeedLens AI is a household productivity tool for adults aged 18 and over. You can select a room photo, approve cloud analysis, and review suggested cleaning, restocking, or inspection tasks. You decide which suggestions are saved. The app does not buy products, book contractors, or take other real-world actions for you.

AI results can be wrong or incomplete. A photo cannot establish hidden defects, exact remaining quantities, electrical safety, structural integrity, or other professional findings. Do not use NeedLens AI as a safety inspection or a substitute for a qualified professional. Check a suggestion before acting on it.

Free scans and NeedLens AI Plus

Each account receives 3 successful free scans in total. After that allowance is used, more scans require an active subscription. NeedLens AI Plus has a US $4.99 monthly reference price and includes up to 300 successful scans per UTC calendar month. The allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month in UTC and does not roll over. Failed scans do not consume the allowance; a request that succeeds on the server can count even if your device loses the response.

Google Play shows the actual price, billing period, taxes, and terms for your region before you confirm a purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Purchasing requires your explicit confirmation through Google Play. Starting the 3 free scans does not itself enroll you in a paid subscription.

Cancellation and purchase restoration

You can manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues for the paid entitlement period, subject to Google Play’s terms. Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable Google Play process and your legal rights. Uninstalling the app, deleting your account, or clearing data does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore purchases with the Google Play account that made the purchase and the NeedLens AI account originally associated with it. A purchase must be verified before paid access is granted. Do not delete your account solely to move a subscription; contact support if you need help.

Photos, accounts, and responsible use

Only submit photos you are entitled to use. Avoid other people’s private information and do not upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. Keep your account credentials private and do not bypass scan limits, app verification, or payment verification. The service may reject requests that cannot be verified or that violate its safety checks.

Your photos are sent through NeedLens AI to Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform when you confirm a scan. Account, purchase, and app-verification information is also processed by the providers described in the privacy notice. Deleting your account does not immediately erase all provider records; see the notice and deletion instructions for retention details.

Availability and changes

The app depends on an internet connection and cloud services for live scans. Service availability and AI results are not guaranteed. Features, model configuration, limits, or prices may change; applicable subscription changes will be disclosed through the relevant purchase and service channels. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

This website is a prelaunch preview. No public release date or Google Play availability is promised. Store access will be linked here when the app is publicly available.
